2、 展柜制作后長途運輸問題如何解決，會不會造成損壞？
我們已經(jīng)成功與多個品牌合作，這些品牌客戶全是做商場專柜制作或?qū)Ｙu店的加盟連鎖模式！柜體我們是采用相對拆裝概念的，即在運輸省費用和安裝方便上尋求******結(jié)合點，所以我們生產(chǎn)的柜體不會是全部拆散的這樣不利于商場要求一個晚上安裝完成的要求，當(dāng)然展柜制作也不建議是大型柜整體包裝發(fā)貨，這樣會增大方數(shù)產(chǎn)生大量費用，同時產(chǎn)品的運輸防損問題也將更加的嚴(yán)重。
How to solve the problem of long way delivery, any damage on the way?
We have cooperated with many brands, these customers are all doing shopping mall counters and exclusive stores. For the cabinet body we use relative dismounting concept, we don't dismount all the parts or package the whole cabinet, we seek a best joint between delivery and installation, easy installation with reasonable freight fee and safety delivery.
3、 展柜制作能否如宜家產(chǎn)品一樣由各專賣店自行組裝（自己或找普通木工）？
完全可以的，絕大部分展柜制作生產(chǎn)工作90％已經(jīng)在車間完成，現(xiàn)在僅有10％的工作是現(xiàn)場安裝，較好的設(shè)計方案可以做到，展柜制作安裝如同購置家具一樣輕松，找普通的木工也可安裝，甚至部分道具幾個營業(yè)員或是業(yè)務(wù)員幫手即可完成搭建。當(dāng)然合作的更多品牌客戶選擇由我廠派安裝人員協(xié)助安裝，這樣省事又方便也能確保準(zhǔn)時開業(yè)。
Can we assemble these display shelves by ourselves or ordinary carpenters like IKEA products?
Of course, we finished 90% procedures in factory, only 10% rest is installation work. Better designs make easier installation, ordinary carpenters, even some salesmen can assemble easily. But most of the time our customers will ask our professional installation person to help, it can reduce unnecessary trouble and ensure opening day on time.
4、展柜制作與現(xiàn)場裝修的土建工程如何配合？
行規(guī)來講分成兩個部分：A展柜制作的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)道具生產(chǎn)（工廠方） B專賣店的現(xiàn)場墻體天花地板施工（裝修隊）。這兩個部分各有優(yōu)勢：工廠可大量的采購原材料成批的生產(chǎn)勞動效率好，機械化，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有保證，安裝工期短通常一天或一晚上，最關(guān)健是全國統(tǒng)一的“形象外觀”可有效提升品牌形象。 如果是做商場專柜的話天花地板你不能動，基本上不需要什么裝修公司協(xié)助即可完成柜體安裝準(zhǔn)時開業(yè)。
當(dāng)然裝修公司（隊）能依現(xiàn)場尺寸協(xié)助您完成墻體的搭建，倉庫的簡易貨架制作，天花吊頂和裝天花燈具以及地板處理和協(xié)助柜體搭建都起做關(guān)健做用特別是在專賣店的操作下更為重要！
How to cooperate with shelf manufacture and site construction?
There are two parts in professional standard: A--Fixture manufactur(factory) B--site construction(decoration team). Both of them have their advantages: factory can purchase raw materials to make mass production, good efficiency,mechanization and high degree of standardization,short installation period, the most important point it can keep unified image. If doing shopping mall counter we don't need to change ceiling structure and finish, that means we can install shelves without decoration team on time, and it will be better under their help.
5、專賣店（展柜制作）的燈光照明問題非常重要，燈光問題如何解決？是否在展柜上已經(jīng)安裝燈具配件，由當(dāng)?shù)厝藛T連接即可？
我們的展柜制作通常按照設(shè)計施工圖紙已經(jīng)配有燈具和電線，特殊情況還配有開關(guān)和外接主電線，并經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的廠檢測定光照滿足絕大部分零售照明要求。如多少色溫K數(shù)的燈具，是射燈還是日光燈管均經(jīng)過測試后才采用。由當(dāng)?shù)氐膱?zhí)證電工連接即可使用并不復(fù)雜，同時們展柜制作廠也可全方位提供一站式服務(wù)。
Lighting issue is the point of exclusive store, how to slove it? Have the lighting devices been installed into shelves already and the only thing for local workers is to connect wires and switches?
Our shelves usually equipped with lamps and wires according to designs, in some special cases we also equipped with switches and external main wire, we have strict QC to assure lighting requirements for most stores. We have particular test for each light in colour temperture、selection of spotlight or daylight tube. It's not complex, you can find a local electrician to connect.
6、展柜制作的時間周期問題，展柜設(shè)計需要多長時間？下訂單制作需要多長時間？
一套完整的設(shè)計方案通常需個多月，項目多的會增加設(shè)計時間，如果溝通理解協(xié)調(diào)沒問題，且您能更多的提供您的設(shè)計要求和想法或你的競爭對手款式，甚至是提供了大部分參考的照片我們的話，1周以內(nèi)完成一個設(shè)計項目也沒有問題。當(dāng)然好的設(shè)計作品不可能在一兩天就完成，我們需要更多的了解你的產(chǎn)品和感受你的賣點，希望你能理解。
How long is the producing time? How long will it take from ordering?
A whole design usually needs several months, more items mean more time. If we can communicate and understand each other well, besides, you can provide design requirements and styles for reference, we can finish within one week. A perfect design can not be finished in one or two days, we need to know and feel more about your point.
下訂單制作的時間首單在15日內(nèi)次單起8日內(nèi)可完成。如果連續(xù)下單則可邊續(xù)出貨。當(dāng)然在3－4月6－9月外的時段如果你計劃得好的話，完全可以采用備貨制將大部分的道具模形由工廠完成，待出貨高峰期時直接打磨烤漆出貨，這樣您就是一天開一家店的速度也完全沒有問題。
The first order will be finished within 15 days and the latter orders will complete in 8 days. If you place orders continually we can do shipment and manufacture at the same time. Of course if you have good plans we can prepare most of the fixtures in advance，it will save much of your time to open new stores.
